Civility means...

Civility is genuine respect of all people no matter who they are or where they come from.

Civility means accepting all people at all costs no matter how much they may differ from you. Accepting and respecting everyone.

Civility means that we accept each other and their opinions regardless of their race, sex, gender, etc. It means that we respect others and their beliefs even if we disagree.

Civility is a synonym for kindness to me because in order to be civil you must be able to work with other people in your community.

To me civility means acceptance. Acceptance of every one regardless of their own traits, personalities, and beliefs. Civility is accepting differences.

To me, civility means to accept everyone for who they are and appreciate the background they come from. Everyone one brings something different to the table so its important to create a relationship with the people surrounding you.

Civility to me means to respect all people as they are as a person. If they are friendly, interesting and a trustworthy person to you, then they should be respected as such no matter their sexual orientation, race or intended religion.
